Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operational tasks and scheduling.
  • Support data tracking and performance reporting.
  • Assist in customer outreach and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the agent to implement operational plans.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
  • Experience in office or business operations preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to obtain applicable state licenses.
Compensation $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
